The company has two sand casting production lines, one V-shaped casting production line, one lost foam casting production line, and one mechanical workshop; Two 5t electric furnaces, two 3t medium frequency electric furnaces, two 1t medium frequency electric furnaces, six heat treatment furnace trolleys (one 40t, one 20t, one 15t, and three 5t), 2000m3 of heat treatment pool water, a maximum single unit can produce 12 tons of castings with an investment of 1 million yuan, and an annual production capacity of over 15000 tons. The central and southern regions are the largest wear-resistant material production base.
